Reports suggest that China will be responsible for storing over a quarter of the world’s global online data by 2025. An ITU report which is accessible at: https://www.itu.int/itu-d/reports/statistics/facts-figures-2021/index/ states that the Asia Pacific region has the highest total of international bandwidth use.
